Helloooooooo beach cottage ladies…very warm still here in Sydney…though there is a very slight hint of Autumn in the air…to be quite honest I can’t wait for it this year…am ready to layer up clothes, get back to wearing shoes and getting ready for Boot Season…

I’ve spent the morning working from home and starting to research BC III (not sure if I’ve mentioned on here but we are looking for another house), we’re after something old and run down up the coast and will be going hunting at the weekend…as if we don’t have enough on our plate, you know, we thought we’d just add a bit more.

I seem to have a million things on my mind at the moment – ideas and plans, thinking about what’s next, wanting to do new things, feeling the real need to get my teeth into something.  Do you ever feel like that? Maybe it’s time of life but I feel the need for a new challenge…though with all those things there never seems to be enough time does there?  Well not for me, I guess that is life and the reality of juggling stuff like buying a wreck of a home to renovate, running a small business and errrr, trying to be a semi good mum.

I’ve been changing a few things around in the house, adding in more rustic things and doing some styling. I love a rustic trunk paired with lots of white, a few flowers and may or not throw in a pair of boots for good measure (the Irish boots are still not in my possession, never fear as soon as they are in the house I will be showing them to you haha, one can never have enough boots as home decor).

On the food front, I decided the fish curry wasn’t blog worthy, though it was* very easy and quite tasty, and definitely go and get in the bathable it just wasn’t fabuliss…the kiddos said it was nice enough, ditto mr bc, but yeah, a bit meh….

Rightio I’ll be back soon
